Each One. Teach One to be a Young Philanthropist. Join Capital Cause as we serve US Dream Academy youth by involving them in learning about philanthropy!
US Dream Academy youth are 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who live in DC's poorest ward and have parents who are incarcerated! Many of them are used to being benefaciaries of charities. This service project will teach them what it means to be benefactors.
Specifically, Capital Cause will create stories and games to teach the youth about the importance of giving back.

ABOUT NATIONAL PHILANTHROPY MONTH:
National Philanthropy Month started as a single day during President Reagan's presidency and has since grown to an entire month where thousands of nonprofits nationwide celebrate philanthropy.
